Our plastic pipes are produced from two types of materials:
- HDPE: High-density polyethylene is a common material for food packaging and can be used in any type of plumbing application. It allows water to flow freely under less pressure, as it has a low friction coefficient.
- PP: Polypropylene is a lightweight, flexible, and durable material. It demonstrates a high melting point, very good chemical resistance, and low water absorption rate. As it is highly customizable, it can be used for a variety of applications, such as chemical drainage, HVAC, and water or wastewater distribution.
Features and Benefits of Plastic Pipes
Depending on the use and location, it may be necessary to provide access to the inside of the pipes. To accomplish this, we can incorporate manways for safe, secure entry. We also can build 45° and 90° turns and elbow joints to accommodate virtually any geography. The composition can be matched to the pipe construction and connected via flange bolt, welding, or the traditional bell and spigot method.
Plastic pipes made from HDPE and PP are commonly used as they exhibit the following qualities:

Industrial Duct Work
Ducts transport fumes, particles, dust, and hazardous components from locations such as shop floors, sanding machines, lab hoods, and tanks. Our plastic pipes provide superior ductwork to many industrial exhaust systems.
The same qualities that make our pipes exceptional for liquid applications also apply to gas or particulate conveyance. Our polypropylene pipe can handle gases up to 200°F.
